Made from 100% Grenache, hand-harvested on a warm September day in 2020, this wine is a true testament to the winemaking finesse of the Tank team. Each precious cluster was foot-stomped and transferred to stainless steel tanks for extended maceration, followed by a blissful 20 months of aging in neutral French oak barrels, before being bottled to perfection.
