We matched the grapes up like a classic duet, using the high-energy, savory acidity of Cabernet Franc to cut through rich fats, while the Cabernet Sauvignon drives a plush, heavy-hitting core of dark fruit. We backed off the oak to let the valley’s natural vibrance take center stage.
