Too Much To Dream, Red Wine, Napa Valley
We decided to make a wild non-vintage blend without constraints. Continuing to do things differently, we blended in 8 different varieties, layering in flavors, aromas, and spices upon one another with the thought that you really can’t have too much of a good thing. The wine broods with black fruit aromas with hints of milk chocolate and licorice. Spicy, ripe berries saturate your mouth with chocolaty framboise, balanced acidity, and soft lingering tannins.
2017 The Art of Surfing, Red Wine, Sierra Foothills
This wine is packed to the brim with ripe raspberry, pomegranate, and cinnamon aromas that unravel into fresh black cherry, fig, and tobacco flavors. It's bright and fresh on the palate with a hint of spice and fine-grained tannins. If you're grillin' some meat up for tacos this summer, this is wine is a necessity.
2016 Eddie, Red Wine, Napa Valley
Eddie Bratton was not only the original founder of our garage, but also a pretty damn famous Indian Motorcycle racer, daredevil and a hell of a mechanic. While uncovering a few old photographs from Eddie's racing days, we thought it was a fine time to pay tribute to him. Eddie is an exhilarating Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec that smells like lush cassis, vanilla, cigar smoke and worn leather. This wild thing is balanced and textured, bursting with flavors of vanilla, coffee dusted truffles and mocha.
