From this grand circuit of vineyards, we taste the truth of extraordinary sparring partners: Shake Ridge's volcanic soil delivers the wine's depth and drama, while the elevation of White Hawk and the weathered touch of Stiletto Tres Pinos Creek bring coastal freshness and delicate lift. A foundation of muscle: the formidable Syrah and Zinfandel; the deft footwork of Valdiguié and Cabernet Sauvignon; all lifted by the surprising elegance of Viognier and the formidable structure of Mourvèdre!
