Story: To craft this classic Napa Valley wine, the varietals underwent a traditional production process. The Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon the backbone of the blend were co-fermented to ensure a seamless integration of their characteristics. The grapes then underwent a period of extended skin contact, from 30 to 35 days, to fully develop a deep, rich color and extract the necessary character from the fruit. The wine was then aged for two full years in French oak barrels. This careful, extended barrel aging allowed the blend to develop complexity, soften its tannins, and express the classic style of a well-made Napa Valley wine. The final result is a wine with a well-integrated, elegant profile that honors the traditions of the region.
