California Sound

At Tank, we don’t just make wine—we make noise.

California Sound is our tribute to the soul of the Golden State, where surfboards, guitars, and vineyards all ride the same wave. Inspired by the reverb-drenched riffs of surf rock legends and the free-spirited pulse of coastal California, this wine is our way of turning up the volume on what makes this place so damn special. Story: Sourced entirely from the historic San Benito County AVA, this blend draws its character from a region shaped by time, terroir, and the ocean’s touch. Tucked between the Gabilan Range and the Santa Lucia Mountains, San Benito enjoys a moderate climate with cooling maritime breezes flowing in from the Pacific, creating ideal conditions for ripening grapes with freshness, balance, and nuance.
