2018 Skin Flick Skin-Fermented White Wine
Skin Flick is a skin-fermented blend of Vermentino, Roussanne, Verdelho, Pinot Gris, and Trousseau Gris from the Sierra Foothills. As the name suggests, we let the white grapes ferment on their skins, just like a red wine, to soak up its orange color and arousing flavors. This wine is sexy, dripping with aromas of orange blossom, banana laffy taffy, and nutty baking spices. On the palate, hints of orange marmalade, honey, and candied lemon peel ride your tongue, with a refreshing climax that will leave you moaning.
2017 Wild Eyes Red Wine
Wild Eyes is a tempestuous Bordeaux-style wine that lures you in with every sip. A blend of 51% Malbec, 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Merlot, our winemaking team wrote a love song to the buxom wines of Napa Valley. For the first time, we give Malbec the spotlight, creating slightly softer layers of dark fruit, with captivating tannins and natural acidity. In your mouth, bewitching flavors of ripe blackberry and milk chocolate unravel with earthy notes of clove, vanilla, and camphor. Voluptuous in body, the finish will leave you lingering like a last kiss.
2017 Fast & Loose Red Wine
New to our cast is Teroldego, an Italian grape that lends some amazingly purple color and spice to this ensemble. To really mix things up, we also have Pinot Gris and Roussanne working undercover to add the perfect amount of acidity. Combined with the other varietals, this wine beams with elegant blackberry, plum, chocolate, a bit of coffee (because, of course), and just the right amount of tannins.
2017 Art of Surfing Red Wine
For this blend, Bertus starts with Tempranillo from Shake Ridge Ranch, a vineyard in the Sierra Foothills that straddles the ridgeline at 1,700 feet above sea level. Tempranillo is a Spanish varietal and Bertus loves its tannins and cherry flavors. To complement these characteristics, he adds a small lot of Sangiovese and Barbera, two lighter Italian varieties he feels will add additional brightness to our sun-kissed blend. One thing is for sure, Bertus got something very right with this one. Juicy aromas of cherries and cocoa make way for a smoothe ride across the palate and mouthwatering finish.

Enjoy aromas of fresh-cut watermelon, strawberry and rose petal wrapped around bright notes of citrus peel and mint. On the palate, you'll be sucked in by flavors of white peach, mouth-watering strawberry, subtle citrus and a touch of green melon. Bright tangy acidity and clean minerality make this wine lively, playful and delicious.
